Proprietary technologies

The industrial designs, engineering diagrams and technological features of Vitherm’s proprietary lines—specifically WeldPack®, fully robotically welded gasket-free plate heat exchangers, and FlowPack®, gasketed plate heat exchangers—are the exclusive intellectual property of Vitherm and/or its licensors.

Trademarks

“Vitherm”, “WeldPack®”, “FlowPack®” and their respective logos are registered trademarks. No licence or right to use any trademark, trade name or service mark displayed on this website is granted without our prior express written permission.

Restrictions on use

Except as explicitly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, frame, deep-link or exploit any portion of the website’s content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Vitherm Asia.

Forbidden activities

• Unauthorised automated extraction. You must not extract, harvest, crawl or scrape website data, engineering metrics, plate materials lists or pricing information using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means.
• System interference. You must not introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, keystroke loggers, spyware or other malicious code designed to compromise, damage or disable our website, servers or underlying systems.

Technical Sizing Tool & Information Disclaimer

Vitherm Asia provides technical specifications, product performance limits, sizing forms and engineering guidelines on this website, such as maximum working limits of 50 barg / 400°C for WeldPack® and 20–25 barg / 200°C for FlowPack®.

• Informational purpose only. Calculations, thermodynamic estimations, sizing simulations and specifications generated through our contact portals or website information are for preliminary guidance and informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal, legally binding engineering designs, professional advice or contractually guaranteed performance parameters.
• Customer-supplied data. The accuracy of any simulation or calculation depends entirely on the completeness, accuracy and validity of the physical fluid properties, flow rates and temperature parameters supplied by the client. Vitherm Asia accepts no liability for thermal performance variances resulting from incorrect customer data.
• Definitive contractual supremacy. Guaranteed performance specifications, mechanical drawings and exact material selections, including SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy®, Nitrile, EPDM or Viton, are established strictly through official, customised engineering contracts signed directly between Vitherm Asia Pte Ltd and the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website, its content and any preliminary technical sizing results is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including Singapore’s Unfair Contract Terms Act (Cap. 396):

• No warranty. Vitherm Asia provides this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, security or accuracy of website contents.
• Exclusion of indirect damages. Vitherm Asia, its directors, officers, employees, partners or parent group shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business interruption or equipment damage arising from your use of or inability to use this website.
• UCTA compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Vitherm Asia’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

Data Protection, Privacy & PDPA Compliance

Vitherm Asia is committed to protecting the privacy of industrial clients, procurement professionals and visitors in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Cap. 26) (“PDPA”).

• Consent to collect and process. By submitting an inquiry form, sizing request, email or WhatsApp message, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data such as your name, corporate email address, telephone number and company name for responding to your request, managing account relations and sending technical updates.
• Security measures. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, collection, disclosure, copying or alteration of personal data in our custody.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vitherm Asia Pte Ltd regarding use of this website.
